The journal includes headings in the following fields of science: 12.00.00 - Juridical sciences. It publishes scientific articles, scientific reviews, peer reviews and feedbacks.

Journal has been included in the Russian list of journals indexed on the terms of free full text publication. Five-year impact factor RSCI (Russian Science Citation Index) (2013) is 0,192.

The Journal has an official website of the information and telecommunications network Internet, where the information about the founder, publisher, editor-in-chief, editorial board with academic degree, academic rank of all its members, contact information, description of the journal, directions rules, review and publication of scientific articles, abstracts of scientific articles with keywords and reviews published in the last 2 years are in the open access in both Russian and English languages.

The journal provides a review of all the materials for their expert evaluation. Each scientific article has keywords and abstracts in both Russian and English languages. All scientific articles published have bibliographic lists, designed in accordance with the rules of publication.

Rules of direction, review and publication of scientific articles

Russian scientific journal "Voprosy pravovedeniya" is one of the leading academic legal publications. Because of congestion, "the editorial portfolio" are kindly requested to send articles only if the certainty that it corresponds to the subject and scientific level of the journal.

We hope for your understanding, as most often send the articles rejected by the results of the review. The priority publishes articles by leading jurists (usually doctors), specially commissioned magazine.

Please note that all incoming articles are reviewed. The review may take up to 6 months. Any publication or emergency procedures for expediting its consideration in the journal no.

Manuscripts submitted by authors

1.1. Russian scientific journal "Law" has a thematic focus and publishes scientific articles, scientific surveys, scientific reviews and comments in Russian on fundamental and applied problems of law and state building (12.00.00 - jurisprudence).

1.2. The journal publishes materials that meet the traditional and indispensable for members of the editorial board of the criteria of high scientific quality of research and criteria: relevance of the topic and scientific novelty of research, originality of the research issues and applied research methods, the use of previously entered into a scientific turn to foreign sources and archival documents, high the scientific significance of the findings.

1.3. Every author has a chance to be published - regardless of their place of residence, nationality, and the presence of a degree. The journal publishes materials not previously published and is not intended for simultaneous publication elsewhere. By submitting an article, the author warrants that the material submitted is original, before the end of its consideration of the material is not submitted for publication in other scientific publications (third parties).

1.4. However, traditionally the basis of editorial portfolio and the vast majority of published in the journal materials are research papers prepared by leading lawyers, upon request (by the initiative) to the Editor approved reviewers (members of the editorial board) and supported by the publication of the Editorial Board.

1.5. All applicants for consideration to decide on the possible publication of the All-Russian scientific journal "Problems of Jurisprudence" materials required to undergo peer review. Review of all incoming materials is carried out for consideration, the members of the Editorial Board - recognized experts on the subject of peer-reviewed materials available within the last 3 years of the publication of peer-reviewed articles on the subject. The review carried out by the method of double-blind peer review (double-blind peer review - the reviewer does not know the name of the author, the author does not know the names of the reviewers). No other (third-party) reviews will not be considered due to their uselessness for the magazine.

1.6. Russian scientific journal "Law" - not for publication "writers", and for the readers (ie. E. A top priority issue - the interests of subscribers (readers)). Materials graduate students, doctoral candidates for a degree of candidate of science or doctor can be taken into consideration by the editorial board for the publication of the All-Russian scientific journal "Questions of law" only in case of a high scientific quality.

This once again a special warning that the letter containing questions such as: "when will my article, I fit the term of protection / faculty meeting / report on the grant and so on. D." Are left unattended edited. We emphasize once more that our magazine criticizes scientific articles long, meticulous, slow and sad, as any conservative publication. If you are constrained by deadlines or need somewhere to report, for the publication of such materials there are many good and different journals publishing articles quickly and cheerfully.

1.7. Of course, rejected edited and can not be taken into consideration materials "under the protection" ("clippings" from sections of the dissertation, the same type of "articles" scattered in different Rakovsky magazine fan, "articles" in the form of multi-quotes on the topic, completed banal conclusion about the need to "enlargement and deepening process" and so on. d.) and other pseudoscientific research. The editors do not consider Article provided by a third party (supervisor, scientific "trustees", neighbors and friends, and so on. D.)

1.8. Article co-authored "a graduate student - the supervisor" and "doctorate - scientific consultant" to consider, as a rule, are not accepted. Footnotes on their own works made by the author for the purpose of artificially increasing its impact factor, may be cause for rejection of the article. Naturally, the author can be published in one issue only one material (including material in collaboration).

1.9. All incoming materials prior to transmission to review the editorial board checked for plagiarism (unauthorized borrowing), relevance, compliance with scientific orientation (profile) of the magazine. Upon detection of plagiarism (unauthorized borrowing) or false (false) footnotes material will certainly be removed from the review, all relations with the Author (s) are terminated, other articles by this author (co-authors) will not be accepted.

1.10. Members of the Editorial Board criticize an article within a reasonable time. As a result of reviewing the chief editor and the members of the Editorial Board decide to publish it or not. In exceptional (disputed) situations may appeal for additional findings to external experts - conformable category leading law professors with impeccable academic reputation (the selection of which the editorial board), have for the past three years, publications on peer-reviewed articles. Reviews are stored in the publishing house and the magazine for 5 years and enter the prompted editors are available at the Ministry of Education and Science.

1.11. The editors inform the author of a review of the result by sending him an e-mail response to a reasoned editorial on the decision (of acceptance of the article for printing a copy of the reviews or rejection).

1.12. In case of refusal to publish an article revision to the authors reasoned refusal. The main motives of material deviations editorial board may act in particular: insufficient and / or low relevance of the topic; insufficient and / or a low level of scientific novelty of the research, the lack of originality of the research problem, and / or applied research methods, insufficient and / or low scientific significance of the findings, as well as other legitimate reasons for which the given material, according to members of the Editorial Board does not constitute a sufficient for its publication of scientific interest for the readers.

1.13. In the discussion of the merits and shortcomings of the article and other correspondence sent materials (both accepted and not accepted) edition does not come. Submitted materials are transferred to the editorial archive and will not be returned.

1.14. Manuscripts will not be returned for revision. In case of refusal to publish a revised version of the paper will not be accepted.

2.1. Russian scientific journal "Law" fee for the publication of materials does not charge any form. Fees not paid to authors.

2.2. Offer materials for a fee and is not considered inadmissible. Procedures immediate publication, and so accelerate the publication. D. All-Russian scientific journal "Questions of law" does not exist.

3.1. Sent for consideration to decide on the possible publication of the All-Russian scientific journal "Problems of Jurisprudence" materials must necessarily be made strictly according to the attached above the sample and carefully proofread by the author. Articles are not drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the editorial board and is not deductible by the author, will not be accepted or reviewed.

3.2. All submitted articles should contain the following elements of the publishing design: information about the authors, compilers and other persons involved in work on the material; the title of the published material; podzagolovochnye data; annotation; keywords; bibliographic list; the date of receipt of the manuscript to the editor.

The editors are also presented in the English language: the surname, name of the author (s), information about the author, article title, abstract, keywords.

Separately, you must specify the contact phone number and email address for rapid communication, address, zip code to send the magazine. A separate issue is sent to each of the co-authors. If there are several authors, it should be noted with any of them to correspond.

3.3. In connection with the international obligations of the magazine, special attention should be paid to the correct registration of annotations.

Annotation to the article is intended to serve as an independent source of information from the article. Volume Abstracts should not be less than 250 words. Abstract should not exaggerate the material presented in the article. Abstracts must include: the purpose of the work in compressed form; the basic facts of the work; results. The abstract should contain a special terminology used in the article.

3.4. The volume of material should not exceed 1 p. L. (40 000 characters). Exceeding the permissible scope of an objective need for the completeness of the research problem.

3.5. The material should be carefully verified. Pay particular attention to correct attribution of source citation. Otherwise, the material may be considered plagiarism.

3.7. When typing on the computer should observe the following rules of the manuscript: the text is typed in bold Times New Roman, 14 pt a semi-line spacing; All abbreviations are deciphered at their first mention in the text; drawings, the number of which has to be logically justified, shall be submitted as separate files, preferably in format TIF; tables should be numbered, subject headings, performed on a separate sheet. The width of the table should not exceed 14 cm.

3.8. Abstracts of published materials, keywords, the author information will be available on the website of the magazine, quoting in electronic systems (databases) in Russian and English languages. Pay attention to specify the information about the author (in the box with contact details of work does not specify personal phones and home address).

3.9. For questions not related to the publication of the article, the editorial does not enter into correspondence.
